The story of planet Earth, its history and how and why it changes over time, for kids 10 and up. Here's Earth's "biography" through the eras, eons, and ages, including extinction events (sorry, dinosaurs!) and introduction of new species (hello, humans!), told in biography form, with lots of humor, illustrations, and facts.

Author Bio

Nick Lund is a conservationist and nature writer. His writing on birds and nature has appeared in Audubon Magazine, National Parks Magazine,, The Washington Post, the Maine Sportsman, the Portland Phoenix, Down East Magazine, and others. He is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and worked in federal energy policy in Washington D.C. (for the good guys) before returning to Maine with his wife and son to work for Maine Audubon.

A diet of Tintin books, Marvel comics and Tex Avery cartoons as a child and a continuing love of  French ‘Bande Dessinee’ graphic albums have contributed to Jason’s approach to illustration. His drawings, incorporating juicy colours, a graphic line and a wry wit, have kept him in constant demand.
Based in London, Jason has worked for a wide range of clients and has become an author with the publication of the popular kids activity book – ‘The Superbook for Superheroes’ and the follow up title ‘The Monster Book of Zombies, Spooks and Ghouls’
His third title, ‘The Cosmic Book of Space, Aliens and Beyond’ will be out in autumn 2021.
