Yoga teacher, doula, and holistic pregnancy expert Corinne Andrews offers her popular Birthing Mama program through this colorful, inspiring guided journal, which includes weekly reflections, creativity prompts, and empowering self-care practices related to diet, yoga, and natural healing.
Corinne Andrews is co-owner/director of Yoga Center Amherst in Massachusetts and leads the 200-hour Embodyoga® Teacher Training in addition to teaching weekly classes. She is the developer and lead teacher of the Birthing Mama® Online Program, 90-hour Prenatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training, and she teaches Birthing Mama classes and workshops locally and online. She has been teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities since 2003. Andrews is trained in classical hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga, advanced levels of Embodyoga®, prenatal and postnatal yoga, meridian yoga, shiatsu, and as a birth doula. She holds a BA in Cross-Cultural and Alternative Health and Healing. In addition to all she has studied, her greatest teachers are her two beautiful children, and the profound spiritual journey of mothering them from pre-conception through to the here and now.
